So I've got a few deliciously simple meals that meet my "impatient" needs and I'd love to share them with you!
First, alfredo penne with chicken and tomatoes. It's as simple as it sounds.
|Boil whole grain penne.|
|Sprinkle some lemon herb seasoning on a boneless, skinless chicken breast and bake.|
|Halve a few grape tomatoes and lightly saute.|
|After draining the pasta, I like to drizzle on some Bertolli Mushroom Alfredo.|
|Mix it all together and...VOILA!|
Meal Number 2, simple summer fruit salad. Yummo!
|Cut up any fruits you love, whether they sound good together or not (banana + kiwi?). I used grapes, blueberries, raspberries, bananas, apples, strawberries, and kiwi. Trust me...it's good.|
